Qi Gong

At Internal Energy Healing Arts we believe in the importance of intention and life force.  Qi Gong is an meditative breathing practice that develops and cultivates the human energy system.  This is an important element to consider not only as a bodyworker but for general well being.  We teach both one on one and classes to people of all levels.

Daily practice of Qi Gong is ideal; however, this can be difficult in today’s western lifestyle.  Attending a class or two a week allows for the student to keep on track and motivates those who want to develop their own personal practice at home.
